The building was originally built in 1928 as the Houston Hotel. Since then it has been many things such as the original Troy University Dothan campus. Charles Woods then purchased it to be the new home of the local news station, WTVY.

It's the tallest building in Houston County with 8 stories and is still home to WTVY. The building has space for growth so please reach out to us. We are willing to work with anyone wanting a unique office space downtown.
